SRF/JRF Walk-in(eukaryotic protein evolution) at Bose Institute, Kolkata

A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 25th January 2012 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of Professor Tapash C. Ghosh at the Centenary Building of Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T. Scheme, VII-M, Kolkata-700 054 for one post of SRF and one post of JRF in the DBT sponsored project entitled, “Role of protein complexes and protein protein interaction network in eukaryotic protein evolution" under Professor Tapash C. Ghosh, B.I.C. The project is tenable for three years. Details of qualification, fellowship,age etc. are as follows:
QUALIFICATION
FOR SRF: M. Sc. in Life Science/Physics/Chemistry/ Bioinformatics/ Statistics with two years research experience and at least one publication in peer reviewed journal ;
 FOR JRF: M. Sc. in Bioinformatics/ Life Science/Physics/Chemistry/ Statistics with NET/GATE qualification.
FELLOWSHIP: FOR SRF 18000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA.
FOR JRF: 12000/- p.m (GATE/NET-LS qualified candidates) and 16000/- p.m. (NET-JRF qualified candidates), plus admissible HRA.
AGE: For JRF 28 years and for SRF 30 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
Eligible and interested candidates are requested to appear in person directly in the interview with application addressed to the Officer on Special Duty, Bose Institute, Kolkata along with bio-data, attested copies of certificates, mark-sheets and testimonials.
The candidates should also bring the original mark-sheets, certificates etc. at the time of interview.
