RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: - M.D. / Ph. D. (at least thesis
submitted) in life sciences.
SRF: - M.Sc in area of Life Sciences
leading to Ph.D
JOB
DESCRIPTION/EXPERIENCE:
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE:
- At least 2 years
of experience in designing and carrying out biochemical assays, cellular, flow
cytometric experiments in models of infection. Experience in recombinant
protein expression and purification desirable.
SRF: The candidates should have
experience in Molecular Biology, Cell culture techniques and carrying out
biochemical assays.
EMOLUMENTS: The selected candidates may be
placed in any of the below categories depending upon the Qualification &
Experience:-
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: Rs. 22,000/- p.m. + 30 % HRA consolidated.
Rs. 23,000/- p.m. + 30% HRA
consolidated.
Rs. 24,000/- p.m. + 30% HRA
consolidated.
SRF: - Rs. 18,000/- per month + 30 %
HRA consolidated.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -
1. The posts exist in sponsored projects and
are purely temporary. There shall be no claim for regularisation against any
core posts of the Institute.
2. The candidates selected for the above
posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is
shorter, at a time.
3. No hostel/ housing facility will be
provided.
4. Number of posts may vary and shall be
need based. Advertisement is no commitment.
5. Applicants may clearly mention the
category they belong to i.e. SC/ST/OBC /PH and attach documentary proof of the
same.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the
interview if called for.
7. Name of three references.
