 Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:

NAME OF THE PROJECT:  Role of CTCF in VDJ recombination (project till 26th July 2014)

QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. in any branch of life sciences and at least two years of  Research experience subsequently

JOB DESCRIPTION / EXPERIENCE: The project involves analysis of RNA, gDNA and chromatin structure in context of VDJ recombination in mice. The candidate must have an experience in analysis of chromatin structure in addition to basic molecular biology.

EMOLUMENTS:  Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 18,000/- p.m. + 30 % HRA

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The post exist in sponsored projects and are purely temporary. There shall be no claim for regularisation against any core posts of the Institute.

2. The candidates selected for the above posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.

3. No hostel/ housing facility will be provided.

4. Number of posts may vary and shall be need based. Advertisement is no commitment.

5. Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to i.e SC/ST/OBC /PH and attach documentary proof of the same.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.

7. Name of three references.
