WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR SRF AT IVRI

Position: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

PROJECT TITLE: "Development of Diagnostic Assays based on Recombinant  Antigens for Pasteurellosis in Livestock".

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:‐ MVSc in Bacteriology /Virology /Immunology / Microbiology / Animal Biotechnology or Master’s degree in Biotechnology/

Biochemistry /Life sciences with courses in Biotechnology tools.

DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE:‐ Working knowledge in gene cloning, expression and

purification of recombinant proteins, ELISA, handling of lab  animals and analysis of data with computer skills.

DURATION: The post is purely temporary on contractual basis for a period up to June ‐2014, and will co‐terminate with the project, whichever is earlier as the case may be.

EMOLUMENTS: Consolidated Rs. 16000(1^{st & 2nd year)  & Rs. 18000 (3rd year)+HRA}
