JOB DESCRIPTION: JRF will be involved in molecular epidemiology, specifically genotyping the isolated Mtb strains and studying the circulating genotypes in real time through GIS system. JRF will also be required to link molecular data to epidemiological data. Work will also involve data entry, analysis and reporting the results.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. /MPH with evidence of Masters level work I molecular biology/epidemiology/public health . Knowledge of epidemiologic study designs and biostatistics is cumpolsary. Candidates awaiting results can also apply.
