* The maximum age limit upto which the SC/ST candidate can work in the project is 30 years.

The maximum age limit upto which other categories can work in project is 28 years.

Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.

The Co-ordinator has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the announcement.

Project officer(HIV/AIDS Counseling) at Lucknow University

Advertisement for the positions under the Project from GFATM-7 on the HIV/AIDS Counseling Component

Lucknow University is one of six the Sub-Recipients for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria Round -7 (GFATM-7) grants on the HIV/AIDS Counseling Sub Component. This program aims at enhancing human and institutional capacities of HIV counseling training institutes in India. For successful implementation of this program we require highly skilled and experienced staff. We are inviting CVs for the following positions within the program.

PROJECT OFFICER – CAPACITY BUILDING (PO-CB)

MINIMUM DESIRED QUALIFICATION: Preferably PhD or Masters in any of the disciplines under Social Sciences/Social Work /Psychology/or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience of working in HIV/AIDS field. Experience in coordinating trainings is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for coordinating the zonal level capacity building initiatives in the  program, and timely achievement of training targets and their reporting.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
