Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of one JRF in the WB-DST sponsored project entitled “Development of enzyme based technology for paper, textile and fermentation industry” under the supervision of Professor Krishanu Chakrabarti, Dept. of Biochemistry, University of Calcutta.

QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. in Biochemistry with marks 60% and above.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: NET/GATE or Relevant experience of working with jute genomics. Some knowledge of molecular biology techniques would be preferred
FELLOWSHIP: Rs.12000 + allowances as admissible.
