A walk-in interview will be held at the office of the undersigned on 28th November, 2011 between 12 Noon to 2 P.M. for the recruitment of one Junior Research Fellow in the project entitled “Studies on Neuro-Endocrine-Immune Interactions in Response to Bacterial Infection” (BT/PR14196/MED/30/387/2010 dated July 2011) funded by DBT, Govt. of India under the supervision of Dr. Biswadev Bishayi (Principal Investigator), Department of Physiology, University of Calcutta. Tennure of the project is three years at present.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: M.Sc. in Human Physiology or Microbiology with at least 55% marks and passed NET/GATE (desirable) and also have some technical experience in immunological techniques.
REMUNERATION: Rs.12,000/- + admissible allowances as per norms of C.U. and also as per sanction of the funding agency.
Candidates are requested to bring two sets of complete application furnishing biodata on plain paper with attested copies of testimonials and all originals on 28.11.2011 at the Office of the Secretary, UCSTA, 92, A.P.C. Road, Kolkata – 700009.
Applicant should mention the title of the project on top of the application.
