Sub: Advertisement for the post of Project Assistant

Applications are invited for the following post under the project mentioned below. The details of qualifications and fellowship are given against the project.

Name & Number of Fellowship: Project Assistant – ONE

Name of Project: DAHD, MOA, GOI sponsored project ‘Costs and returns in milk production: Developing standardized methodology and estimates for various production systems’ (Lead Centre – NDRI, Karnal)

Duration of the project: Two years

Qualifications: BVSc & AH along with 02 years work experience

Monthly emoluments: Rs. 8, 000 p.m.

Date of initiation: 23.05.2012

The fellowship is purely temporary and may continue till the duration of the research project or maximum two years whichever is earlier. The appointment shall be given on six monthly review basis.

The application on plain paper mentioning the name, father’s name, date of birth, permanent address, educational qualifications, experience, etc. along with the attested copies of the certificates/testimonials should reach the undersigned by 18.08.12, up to 1.00 pm. The name of the project should be mentioned on the top of the application. A recent passport-sized photograph should be affixed on the application.

The interview for the above post will be held at 10.30 am on 25.08.12 in the office of Head of the Department. The candidates are requested to bring original certificates at the time of interview. No separate letter for interview will be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
