for recruitment of staff in sponsored research projects
Applications are invited for the
posts of Junior Research Fellow (1)
at a fixed salary of Rs. 12000/- pm
and Field Assistant (1) at a fixed
salary of Rs. 2000/- pm under a GB
Pant Institute of Himalayan Environment and Development sponsored research
project entitled “Status, biodiversity values and strategies for
conservation of Sacred Groves of West and East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya”
for a period of six months (upto October 2012). The essential qualification for
the post of JRF is M.Sc in Environmental Science/Botany/Ecology/Forestry/Life
Science. The Field Assistant should be Matric pass.
The application along with
attested copies of marksheets and testimonials should reach the undersigned on
or before 27th April, 2012.
