The following temporary research posts are to be filled up for Project "Production of biopesticides and their use on ecofriendly plant disease management" B.H. 14003 under Rashtriya Kriushi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) in the Department of Plant Pathology, N.M. College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari-396 450 (Gujarat) India.

NAME OF THE TEMPORARY POST: Senior Research Fellow

NO. OF POST: 2 (Two)

EMOLUMENTS PER MONTH: Rs. 16,000/-p.m. + HRA

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: M. Sc. (Agri.) in Plant Pathology with related experience

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. The nature of work includes survey, isolation, multiplication, in vitro testing and mass production of bio-agents, demonstration and training to the farmers.

2. Knowledge of computer is must (Attach necessary certificate).

3. The appointment will be purely temporary and on Adhoc basis. Navsari Agricultural University is not bound to provide any employment after completion of the research project.

4. The candidate studying in M.Sc. (Agri.) (Plant pathology) at Navsari who has completed his/her course work may also apply for SRF. He/ she has to produce certificate from his/her Major Advisor.

5. Upper Age Limit should be 35 years.

6. Selected candidate in this project if not performed satisfied work or for misconduct, he/she will be terminated before the completion of the project without any intimation.

Candidates may submit their application separately for each post on plain paper along with complete bio-data (As per proforma), one passport size photograph and certified copies of

Educational Qualification, work experience and age proof. He/she has to produce his/her original certificates at the time of interview for verification.

The candidate will have to remain present at office of Principal, N.M. College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari- 396 450 (Gujarat) on 03.11.2011 at 9.30 hrs. along with full application and all the necessary documents.

The candidate will have to attend interview at his/her own cost.
