Job Description	The Mechanical Engineering Department at the United Arab Emirates University is seeking a research assistant in the area of nano-bio technology. The research assistant should be knowledgeable of cell culture techniques. The candidate should be able to synthesize, characterize and apply nano particles for biomedical applications. The preferred candidate should have demonstrated experience in the both field biology and nanotechnology. Applicant may have Master or PhD degree or interested in applying for theses Degrees.
Minimum Qualification	An appropriate educational degree supplemented with documented evidence to support the following: • Skilled in cell culture • Ability to synthesize and characterize nanomaterial • Good technical writing skills • Flexible approach and initiative in executing the role.
Preferred Qualification	• Command of Animal care practice • Command of cell culture techniques • Demonstrable willingness to support work in the lab • Be adaptable and flexible to the continuous changes associated with research demands • Commitment to provide a safe and healthy workplace
