FACULTY RECRUITMENT (ON CONTRACT/PART-TIME BASIS)
WALK-IN INTERVIEW
NIT Raipur is looking for suitable candidates for appointment of faculty on contract basis in various Engineering/ Sciences/ Humanities disciplines. The candidates shall be appointed as Lecturer (on contract) with consolidated salary mentioned as below :
For those having B.E./B.Tech/ M.Sc./MA/B.Arch/MBA Rs. 22,000/- per month
For those having M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Phil /M.Arch Rs. 23,500/- per month
For those having Ph.D Rs. 25,000/- per month
Lecturer appointed on part-time basis will be paid per period basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING: M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Clinical Science with first division or M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biochemistry with First division with Ph.D.
BIOTECHNOLOGY: M.Tech. Biotechnology/Chemical Engg. with first division or M.Sc with first division and Ph.D.in Biotechnology.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Interested candidates should come for interview in respective departments of National Institute of Technology Raipur on the mentioned date.
2. Candidate reporting after 11:00 AM will not be entertained.
3. All the candidates should bring complete bio-data along with two (02) sets of the attested copies of their certificates and the original certificates in support of their educational/professional qualifications and two passport size photographs.
4. The period of contract will be for this Autumn (July 2012 to November 2012) semester till regular appointment is done which ever is earlier.
5. The Institute reserves the right not to fill up the posts, cancel the advertisement in whole or in part without assigning any reason and its decision in this regard shall be final.
6. Applicants, who are employed in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous organisations, Public sector enterprises, Universities and Educational Institutions must produce a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview.
7. Canvassing in any form/ bringing in any influence political or otherwise will be treated as a disqualification of the candidate.
8. The Institute shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is found that the documents submitted by the candidates are fake or the candidate has a clandestine antecedents/ background and has suppressed the said information, then his/her services shall be terminated.
9. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
