NAME OF SCHEME: KSCSTE-SRS Project ‘Evaluation of passion fruit types for commercial cultivation in Kerala’

 TENURE: 3 years from April 2012

 STATION OF POSTING: Pineapple Research Station, Vazhakulam, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, District, Kerala, PIN-686 670

NATIONALITY: Indian

AGE LIMIT: Should not have exceeded 35 years as on 01-01-2012 (Relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates)

QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL: B.Sc. (Agri./Hort.)/M.Sc. (Any Science Subject)

DESIRABLE: Consistently high academic records, strong aptitude for research and development, experience in the relevant field with research/scientific publications, computer proficiency, driving licence and interest to travel extensively.

EMOLUMENTS Rs. 10,000/- per month (consolidated)

3. The originals should be produced for verification at the time of interview.

3. A self addressed envelope of size 25 x 10 cm stamped Rs. 5.00 should be enclosed for sending interview card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Applications received late or those incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected without notice and the decision of the undersigned on such matters will be final.

2. Copy of certificates/documents attached to the application and verified at the time of interview alone will be considered.

3. The positions are temporary and the incumbents stand terminated on termination of the scheme

4. The incumbents will not have any claim for future appointment to any other post in the University.
