i)  Doctoral degree in any branch of Agriculture, Agri. Engg., Basic Science, Home  Science.
ii)  Atleast 8 years experience as a Professor or in an equivalent position.
Desirable:  Administrative experience as Head of a University Deptt./Division of ICAR institute.
DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
i) Doctoral degree in any branch of Agriculture, Basic Sciences, Home Science, Agri. Engg..
ii) Atleast 8 years experience as a Professor or in an equivalent position.
Desirable: Administrative experience as Head of a University Deptt./Division of ICAR institute.
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH
i)  Doctoral degree in any branch of Agriculture, Basic Sciences, Home Science, Agri. Engg.
ii) Atleast 8 years experience as a Professor or in an equivalent position.

PRINCIPAL, COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, KAUL.
i)    Ph.D in any discipline of Agriculture.
ii)  Ten years’ experience excluding the period spent in obtaining the Ph.D degree during  service (subject to a minimum of 2/1/2  years) in teaching/research/extension provided  five years experience is as Professor/equivalent. 
Desirable:  Administrative experience and ability to organize and coordinate work in a Department/College and interest in co-curricular activities and sports.
ECONOMIC BOTANIST (COTTON)/ ECONOMIC BOTANIST (GRAM)/ RICE BREEDER/ SCIENTIST (PLANT  BREEDING)
         i)     Doctoral degree in the discipline of Genetics and/or Plant Breeding. 
  ii)    8 years experience, excluding the period spent in obtaining the Ph.D. Degree during service (subject to a maximum of 3 years) in teaching/research/extension in relevant subject as  Assistant Scientist/Assistant Professor/District Extension Specialist or in an equivalent  position in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised). 
Desirable: Specialization in relevant field.
PLANT PATHOLOGIST/PLANT PATHOLOGIST (PULSES)/SCIENTIST (PLANT PATHOLOGY)/ PLANT PATHOLOGIST (BAJRA)
i)     Doctoral degree in the discipline of Plant Pathology.

AGRONOMIST/ AGRONOMIST (COTTON)
i)    Doctoral degree in the discipline of Agronomy.
ii)  8 years experience, excluding the period spent in obtaining the Ph.D. Degree during service  (subject to a maximum of 3 years) in teaching/research/extension in relevant subject as  Assistant Scientist/Assistant Professor/District Extension Specialist or in an equivalent  position in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised).

AGRO-METEOROLOGIST
i)  Doctoral degree in the discipline of Agril. Meteorology/Meteorology/Agril. Physics with specialization in Agril. Meteorology. 
ii) 8 years experience, excluding the period spent  in obtaining the Ph.D. Degree during service(subject to a maximum of 3 years) in teaching/research/extension in relevant subject as Assistant Scientist/Assistant Professor/District Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised).

BREEDER
i)     Doctoral degree in the discipline of Genetics and/or Plant Breeding.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (HORTICULTURE)
i)    Doctoral degree in the discipline of Horticulture.

i)     Doctoral degree in the discipline of Microbiology.

(i) 2nd  Class B.Sc. (Agr.) followed by Master’s Degree in discipline   concerned.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
INSTRUCTIONS/CONDITIONS
The envelope containing application form complete in all respects must be  superscripted as “Application  for the post of ____________________”.
 Minimum age limit for all posts is 18 years. Upper age limit for the posts mentioned at  Sr. No. 45 to 71 is 40 years, relaxable upto five years in respect  of Scheduled Castes and Backward classes candidates. Ex-serviceman can be recruited upto the age of 40 years plus continuous military service added by three years.
No TA/DA shall be paid by the CCS HAU for any test/interview.
Reservation of posts –  Reservation will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions adopted by the University.
 The dependent sons/daughters of ESM who fulfill all conditions of qualifications, age etc. prescribed for posts will be considered on merit for the posts reserved for ESM if suitable ESM candidates are not available. The children and the grandchildren of Freedom Fighters (DFF) would be considered to the extent mentioned in Haryana Govt. letter No.22/20/83-3GSIII dated 26-7-1984 as amended from time to time, if the quota reserved for Ex-servicemen, remains unfilled due to nonavailability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents.  ESM/DESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit will have to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate from the concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of interview.
Qualification will be determined with regard to the last date fixed for receipt of applications.
Candidates applying for a post must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility  conditions on the last date fixed for receipt of application. If on verification, at any  time before or after the written examination or interview or appointment, it is found  that they do not fulfil any of the eligibility condition or it is found that the  information furnished is false or incorrect, their candidature will be cancelled. 17.  Documents to be attached with the Application Form
i) One copy of latest coloured passport size photograph duly attested should be  pasted on the application form.
ii) Attested photocopy of essential qualifications and above/ diploma/degree  should be attached with the application form.
iii) Attested photocopy of fresh Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board.
iv)  Attested copy of Sport Gradation Certificate in case of Outstanding Sports  Persons duly issued by the competent authority.
 v) Attested photo copy of SC/BC/PH Certificates.
The candidates are advised that the photocopy of all certificates of  qualifications should be attached with the application form.
The candidates desirous to apply for more than one  post should apply on separate application form for each post
