Applications are invited for a temporary post of Researcher in Association pour le Dévelopment Economique Régional (ADER) sponsored project entitled “Studies on evolving an integrated coastal zone management policy / planning framework for Puducherry region”. The work involves extensive travel in Puducherry region, secondary data collection, interviews, organizing stake holder meetings, documentation etc.
Interested, highly motivated and committed candidates may submit their applications along with their resume (indicating postal address, email id, cell phone, scanned mark sheets/grades/ certificates from + 2 onwards, experience etc., testimonials and 2 referees with their email ids /cell phone numbers) on or before 21st Feb, 2012 to the undersigned by email /post and be prepared to attend an interview in the office of undersigned on a specified date to be intimated to the shortlisted candidates.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: MSc Ecology & Environmental Sciences/ Marine biology/Disaster management/Geography/Remote sensing/ MBA Environmental management/MSW/MSc Agricultural extension or any other related disciplines with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, preferably with field experience.
DURATION OF THE PROJECT: about 4 months (till June end)
FELLOWSHIP: Rs. 7500/- per month (Consolidated) + field work allowance of Rs 1000/ per month
A separate interview call letter will be emailed /dispatched. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
