ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
POST NO. 1 GENERAL MANAGER (MEAT)-1 POST
PAY:Rs. 65,000/- p.m.
QUALIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL :
1. Post Graduation in Veterinary Science with specialization in meat or Poultry science.
2. At least 7 years experience in meat industry
DESIRABLE:
1. PhD in relevant discipline
2. Knowledge of computers/internet
3. Experience in food safety & quality.
MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT- 52 years
POST NO. 2: SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (CHEMIST)-1 POST
PAY: RS. 30,000/- P.M.
QUALIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL:
B.Tech in Food Technology/ Food Science & Nutrition Chemistry/B.V.Sc . with 3 years of hands on experience in NABL accredited Laboratory.
DESIRABLE:
1. 3 years experience of Physicochemical analysis of food and handling of HPLC, GC-MS and ICP-OES with other instruments used in Food and water analysis and or Meat & Poultry analysis.
2. 3 years experience of maintenance of data, records, equipments as per NABL guidelines.
MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT- 35 years
POST NO.3: SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (MICROBIOLOGIST)-1 POST
PAY: Rs. 30,000/- p.m.
QUALIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL:
M.Sc. in Microbiology M.V.Sc . in Veterinary Microbiology
DESIRABLE:
1. 3 Years experience in microbiological analysis of Food / Meat & Poultry Testing.
2. 3 years experience of maintenance of data, records, equipments as per NABL guidelines.
Maximum Age Limit- 35 years
POST NO. 4: SENIOR LABORATORY TECHNICIAN-1 POST
PAY: Rs. 20,000/- p.m.
QUALIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL:
M.Sc .Food Science/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/
Biotechnology as fresh or B.Sc., Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Biotechnology with 2 years experience in food analysis.
DESIRABLE:
1. 1 Year experience in microbiological analysis including preparation of media, maintenance of data, records, equipments as per NABL guidelines for Food and or Meat & Poultry Testing.
2. Experience of working in the NABL accredited laboratory.
MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT- 30 years
