POST: Senior Research Fellow
PROJECT TITLE: Characterization and identification of Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris races causing black rot disease of crucifer crops
FUNDING AGENCY: DST
PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Dr. Dinesh Singh, Sr. Scientist, Division of Plant Pathology, IARI, New Delhi- 110012
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M. Sc. in Biotechnology/ Plant Pathology/ Life Sciences/Molecular biology.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: NET/GATE Qualified/ research experience in plant bacteriology.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 18000 + HRA
AGE LIMIT: 35 years
NATURE OF POST: temporary
DATE AND TIME OF INTERVIEW: 6th December 2011 at 10.00 AM.

Candidates fulfilling all the requirements should bring their application giving full details of academic records and experience along with attested photocopies as well as original copies of relevant documents and passport size photograph.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Above position is purely temporary time bond and co- terminable with the project.
2. Age relaxation will be 5 years for Sc/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
4. All eligible candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before schedule time on the date of interview for necessaries formalities.
5. No objection certificate from the employer/ university, in case he/ she is in employment elsewhere.
6. Place of work will be IARI, New Delhi.
7. Canvassing in any form will be disqualify the candidates.
8. The Principal Investigator decision will be final and binding in all respects.
