Various Scientists and Research Fellow position under ICMR

INDIAN COUNCIL OF MEDICAL RESEARCH

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following purely temporary post under Golden Triangle Programm (GTP) and HIV/AIDS AYUSH programme in The Division of Basic Medical Sciences, Indian Council of Medical Research, Ansari Nagar,New Delhi.

1. NAME OF THE POST: SCIENTIST –C (Medical) (Ayurveda/ Modern Medicine/Pharmacology): One

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. M.B.B.S. / BAMS from recognized institute

2.  4 years R&D experience in Modern Medicine/Ayurveda or Pharmacology after obtaining essential qualification (1)

AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 40 years relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC Candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Dept. of Personal and Training from time to time in this regard.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: 1. MD in the relevant field from the recognized Universities.

2. Experience in clinical trials

3. Knowledge of Computer Applications/ Data Management

EMOLUMENTS: Rs. 51,302/- (Consolidated)

2. NAME OF THE POST: Scientist- B (Medical) (Ayurveda/ Modern Medicine / Pharmacology): (One)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: M.B.B.S. / BAMS from recognized institute

AGE LIMIT:  Not exceeding 35 years relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC Candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Dept. of Personal and Trainee for time to time in this regard.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA: 1. MD in the relevant fields

2. Experience in clinical trials

3. Knowledge of Computer Applications /Data Management

EMOLUMENTS:  Rs. 41,563/- (Consolidated)

3. NAME OF THE POST: SRF (Pharmacy / Pharmacology): (One)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Masters degree in Pharmacy

AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 35 years relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC Candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Dept. of Personal and Training from time to time in this regard.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:  1. Experience in regulatory affairs

2. Knowledge of Computer Applications /Data Management

EMOLUMENTS: Rs. 18,000/- + HRA

The posts are purely temporary till the duration of the project. The appointment is terminable with one month notice from either side. The Selected candidate with have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR. Benefits of Provident Fund, HRA, CCA, Leave concession, Medical Claim etc. are not admissible. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.

The interested candidates possessing above qualifications may report for walk-in interviews at 10:00 a.m. on 31st October, 2011 in Room No. 117 at ICMR Hqrs., New Delhi.
