 4. GROUP/ DIVISION:  Mycology Group of Plant Sciences Division.

 5. QUALIFICATIONS:  Essential: (i) 1st class M.Sc. in Biochemistry/ Bio-technology/Life Science & (ii) Clearance of CSIR-UGC/NET Exam of JRF. 

 DESIRABLE: Hands on experience in using of modern equipments like Preparative HPLC, Fermentor, gel electrophoresis etc. with Computer skills.

 6. MONTHLY STIPEND:  Rs.16000/- (fixed)+ HRA  

 7. AGE LIMIT:  28 yeas (5 yrs. relaxation for SC/ST/OBC & female).

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Zoology with consistent good academic grades (Minimum of 60% aggregate. Candidates should have qualified NET. Relevant prior experience in areas such as animal tissue culture and molecular biology are desirable.

EMOLUMENTS: 16,800/- per month (Consolidated).

DURATION: Two years or till termination of the project (whichever is earlier).

Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and in the event of more than 10 candidates being short-listed for selection procedure, a written test will be held. Candidates qualifying in the written test will then be assessed at a selection interview.
