WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

A walk-in-interview is scheduled to be held at the committee room of the Institute on Friday, 16th December, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. for recruitment of two (2) Senior Research Fellow in NFBSFARA funded research project entitled ‘Regulation of fatty acid synthesis by RNA interference in pig’. The appointment is purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. There will be no provision of absorption/re-employment in NRCP/ICAR on termination of the project.

DURATION OF THE PROJECT: For period up to December, 2015.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Position I:

ESSENTIAL: Master’s degree in any branch of life sciences.

DESIRABLE: Working knowledge in mammalian embryology, e.g. embryo micromanipulation, embryo culture etc. and computer skills

POSITION II:

ESSENTIAL: M.V.Sc. in Vet. Gynaecology/Vet. Physiology/Vet. Surgery or other related disciplines.

DESIRABLE: Experience of working in pig.

EMOLUMENTS: Consolidated ` 16,000 + 10% HRA as per ICAR norms.

AGE LIMIT: 35 years (relaxation for women and SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms).
