WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Eligible candidates are invited
to attend a WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on the following dates at 9.30 A.M. for the
following posts on the project entitled “Childhood obesity in India: A Multi Center study on its measurements and
determinants”. The essential qualification, experience, consolidated
Pay and service tenure are as under:
RESEARCH ASSISTANT 2 NOS. (1
NUTRITIONIST & 1 SOCIAL/ANTHROPOLOGY) (UR-1) (OBC-1)

ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc.
((B.Zc.) from any recognized University with DMLT Certificate. OR
M.Sc. (Food & Nutrition) /
M.A. (Sociology / Anthropology / Social Work) from any recognized
university/Institute.
DESIRABLE:2 years experience in carrying
out Community Studies.
AGE LIMIT:Not exceeding 30 years.
Relax-able for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per GOI rules.
CONSOLIDATED PAY:Rs.19,481/- p.m. (fixed) without
any allowances.
TENURE:12 months
LAB TECHNICIANS 1 NO. (SC) DATE
OF INTERVIEW: 19-07-2012
ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATION:First
Class B.Sc. (B.Z.C) from any recognized University. OR Intermediate with
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any recognized Board/Institute.
DESIRABLE: One year experience in carrying
out Community Studies.
AGE LIMIT:Not exceeding 28 years.
Relax-able for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per GOI rules.
CONSOLIDATED PAY:Rs.15,080/-p.m. (Fixed) without
any allowances.
TENURE:6 months
LAB ATTENDANT 1 NO. (SC) DATE OF
INTERVIEW: 18-07-2012
ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATION: 10th
Class pass with One year experience in carrying out Community Studies from a
recognized Voluntary Organizations or Research Institute.
DESIRABLE: Two years experience in
carrying out Community Studies.
AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 28 years. Relaxable
for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per GOI rules.
CONSOLIDATED PAY:Rs.9,896/-p.m. (fixed) without
any allowances.
TENURE:6 months
The candidate should bring all
original certificates of educational qualification (from SSC onwards),
experience and caste along with a photo and set of Photo copies duly attested
including provisional or Convocation Certificate for attending the
Walk-in-Interview. The persons belonging to Other Backward Category should
bring the O.B.C. Certificate issued by the respective concerned Tehsildar/
M.R.O. specifically issued for the purpose of applying for Central Government
posts. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interviews.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The
conditions of employment will be the same as are for the project staff on
contract basis. The candidates have no right to claim for any regular
employment at this Institute. The Director & Appointing Authority has the
right to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason and no
correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
