JRF post(Effect of heavy metals & pesticides on male fertility & testicular carcinoma in situ) at Assam University, Silchar

Interview will be conducted for One (01) Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India funded Twining Project titled “Effect of heavy metals & pesticides on male fertility & testicular carcinoma in situ: resveratrol, coenzyme Q10 targeting the therapeutic machinery of pre-cancerous cellular condition”. Candidates may appear for the interview on July 19, 2012 in the Department of Life Science and Bioinformatics, Assam University, Silchar at 11.00 AM.
Eligibility: Master Degree in Life Science (Zoology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry) or allied disciplines from a recognized University/Institute with at least 55% marks.
Fellowship: Rs. 16,000/- + 10% HRA for NET/GATE
Rs. 12,000/- + 10% HRA for non-NET/GATE
The JRF Post may be upgraded to SRF in the third year
