Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate/Senior Research Fellow for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:

  QUALIFICATIONS: -

RA: Ph.D/M.D. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biophysics/Biochemistry or any other related field. Those who have submitted thesis are also eligible.

SRF: - M.Sc in any area of Life Sciences and leading to Ph.D

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Project #1:- Applicant should have experience in protein Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, Hybridoma technology, in Silico structural analysis of proteins and carrying out biochemical assays.   

Project #2:- Ideal Applicant should be self motivated & experienced in protein crystallization & structure determination. Applicant should have adequate experience in Protein Crystallography, Data Collection and analysis as well as management of crystallographic experiments.

EMOLUMENTS:

Research Associate: - Rs. 22,000/- per month + 30% HRA.

Senior Research Fellow: - Rs. 18,000/- per month + 30% HRA.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -

1.     The posts exist in sponsored projects and are purely temporary. There shall be no claim for regularisation against any core posts of the Institute.

2.       The candidates selected for the above posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.

3.        No hostel/ housing facility will be provided.

4.        Number of posts may vary and shall be need based. Advertisement is no commitment.

5.       Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to i.e. SC/ST/OBC /PH and attach documentary proof of the same.

6.       No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.

7.        Name of three references.
