Applications are invited on prescribed format for a Junior Research Fellow position available in the Department of Genetic Engineering, School of Biotechnology, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai - 625 021 to work on the DST-Fast track sponsored Project “Dimethylformamide-degrading bacteria: a novel approach for bioremediation of industrial effluents with bacterial biofilms”.

1.      Title of the Project: “Dimethylformamide-degrading bacteria: a novel approach for bioremediation of industrial effluents with bacterial biofilms”

2.      Position: Junior Research Fellow (01)

3.      Duration: 3 Years.

4.      Fellowship: Rs.12000 + HRA for first two years and 14000 + HRA for 3^rd year

5.      Qualification: M.Sc. (with at least 55% marks) in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences
