JRF posts in Department of Plant Sciences at University of Hyderabad

Applications are invited on a plain paper (along with copies of educational qualifications and experience) from eligible candidates for selection of JRFs to work under the following Three research projects entitled:
1.Assessing carbon sequestration efficiency among four biofuel trees under elevated CO2 (funded by DST, New Delhi)
2. Exploring Tree photosynthesis influenced by climate change (Funded by DBT, New Delhi)
3. Hydraulic conductance and Photosynthesis under drought in Mulberry (Funded by DST, New Delhi)
sanctioned to Professor Attipalli R. Reddy, Department of Plant Sciences, University of Hyderabad.
NAME AND NO. OF POSITIONS: JRFs – THREE
EMOLUMENTS FOR THE POSITION: @ Rs. 16,000/- p.m. + HRA (30%)
QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. in Plant Sciences/ Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biosciences/ Life Sciences or other allied subjects with First division and NET or GATE qualified.
DURATION :Appointments are made for one year initially and can be extended until the duration of the project.

4. Please note that the appointment to be made is purely temporary and for the duration of the project. There is no right for claiming any regular appointment in the university.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post, if selected.
