R&D Scientists engaged in agricultural biotechnology / Members of
ITMU/ZTMCs in ICAR system / personnel in BPD / Personnel with portfolio of IP
or technology transfer in any R & D group including scientific researchers,
public research institutions, commercial research institutions, business
people, industry associations, academics, lawyers, policy makers, individuals
engaged in biotechnology research and teaching, and those with interest in
biotechnology and intellectual property Rs. 5,000/-
