Recruitment for the post of “Project Junior Research Fellow” and “Project Assistant” under funded project - Nano Science Unit at IISER Pune Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for promotion of high quality science education and research in the country.
Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the following positions on contract basis under the funded research project:
1. NAME OF THE POST :Project Junior Research Fellow
NAME OF THE PROJECT: Nano Science Unit at IISER Pune
PROJECT CODE: 30109009
MINIMUM PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry/Biology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade and NET/GATE
FELLOWSHIP: Starting salary of Rs. 12,000/- or Rs. 16,000/- per month + 20% HRA based on academic record and work experience of the candidate and CSIR/UGC NET or GATE score cards.

TENURE OF THE POST: 3 years (Co-terminus with the project)
AGE: 28 years

2. NAME OF THE POST: Project Assistant

MINIMUM PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Biology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. OR B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
FELLOWSHIP: Rs.8,000/- consolidated.

TENURE OF THE POST: 3 years (Co-terminus with the project)
AGE: 28 years
