PROJECT TITLE: “Epidemiological studies on classical swine fever in central India and Goa”

POST: Senior Research Fellow

SPONSORING AGENCY: DBT

LOCATION: Department of Pathology, Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: 1. Master degree in veterinary science

   2. M. V. Sc. In Veterinary Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology will be preferred

   3. Knowledge of computer applications

TOTAL EMOLUMENTS: Rs. 14000/- Per month plus HRA @ 20 % as a fellowship. No other allowances will be paid.

The post is purely temporary and co terminus with the project and involves field work as well as laboratory work. A walk in interview will be held at 11.00 hrs on 5th November 2011 at committee hall of Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur. They should report with application on plain paper with their Original Certificates/Testimonials and also one set of Xerox copy of the documents.

NOTE:

1. The appointment will be purely temporary on ad-hoc basis.

2. No claims what so ever, will be entertained for further recruitment of Department/Institute or the university merely on the basis of the appointment on this ad-hoc post.

3. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing interview.

4. The selected candidate will be required to give the undertaking that he/she will not leave assignment halfway and shall complete the work in prescribed time limit.
