PROJECT TITLE: Development of gee selection algorithms from microarray data: Fuzzy –rough and neighborhood rough set based approaches

QUALIFICATION: M.E. /M.Tech /or equivalent I Computer science/Electrical engineering/Electonics/IT/ Bioinformatics/ Biotechnpology with throughout First Class , or M.Sc  in statistics/Mathematics/ Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology or MCA with throughout first class. Relaxation may be given to the candidates having significant journal publications

A good knowledge in computer programming (C/C++/Java) is must and evidence of having done some courses related to Computer Programming is required.

PAY:  Consolidated Rs 16000/- to Rs 20000/- per month depending on the qualifications and experience

TENURE OF APPOINTMENT: Till 31.3.2012, may be extended later/terminated earlier, depending on availability of funds and performance of the candidate.

AGE: 35 years as on 1.9.201, usual relaxation of SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically handicapped candidates. Age relaxation may be given to outstanding candidates with relevant experience.

VENUE: Machine intelligence Unit (MIU), 4^th Floor of Platinum Jubilee Building of the Institute
