POST: Research Scientist, Tuberculosis Aerosol Challenge Facility - ICGEB
A research scientist is required to assume responsibility for the conduct of the DBT funded National Tuberculosis Aerosol Challenge Facility (TACF) at ICGEB.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties comprise the supervision of staff, responsibility for procurement, day-to-day operation and maintenance of TACF, treatment and upkeep of experimental animals and maintenance of a high standard of hygiene for genetically defined rodents.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SALARY: Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in Animal or Veterinary
Sciences. Experience in handling laboratory animals will be advantageous. Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
