Applications are invited from qualified individuals for the following positions, sponsored by the DBT project entitled “Identification of miRNAs essential for B cell fate commitment of multipotent hematopoietic progenitors” (BT/PR1825/AGR/36/679/2011).
POSITION: Project-JRF
QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc or Mtech in Bioinformatics with knowledge in computational Biology
CONSOLIDATED PAY  PER MONTH: Rs.12,000+HRA
DURATION: Initial appointment is for one year and subjected to renewal up to 3 years
Dr. Pongubala’s laboratory is investigating the molecular pathways that control the development of
innate and adaptive immune cell types utilizing a combination of genetic, molecular and computational approaches. Responsibility of the research specialist is to take care of daily needs of the laboratory where as the project-JRF candidate is expected to study the functional role of recently identified novel miRNAs during B cell fate commitment.
