knowledge of students and teachers in the area of Biology/Bioinformatics,
Information Technology and Information Retrieval System
CONTENTS: Introduction to computers,
Introduction to Bioinformatics, Application of Bioinformatics, Industry Guest Lecture,
MS-Office.
METHODOLOGY: Lectures, Demos and Hands on
Session
LEVEL OF PARTICIPANTS: Students and teachers
PREREQUISITES: Knowledge of computer operation
preferable
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 25-30
REGISTRATION FEE: `500/- (includes course
material, working lunch and refreshments)

basis.
