QUALIFICATIONS: -

SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW: M.Sc. in any branch of life sciences with 2 year experience.

JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW: M.Sc. in any branch of life sciences.

JOB DESCRIPTION/EXPERIENCE: The project involves examination of human genetic disorders and will require a variety of molecular biological techniques to be carried out for this purpose. Experience in designing and carrying out PCR, especially real-time PCR as well as cloning and mutagenesis experiments desirable.

EMOLUMENTS:

SRF: Rs. 14,000/- per month consolidated + 30% HRA

JRF: Rs. 12,000/- per month consolidated + 30% HRA

 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The posts exist in sponsored projects and are purely temporary. There shall be no claim for regularisation against any core posts of the Institute.

2.  The candidates selected for the above posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.

3.   No hostel/ housing facility will be provided.

4.  Number of posts may vary and shall be need based. Advertisement is no commitment.

5. Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH and attach documentary proof of the same.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.

7.  Name of three references.
