POST: PostDoctoral fellow(Mast Cell Biology)
We are seeking a Post-Doctoral applicant to work within the Mast Cell Biology Section of the Laboratory of Allergic Diseases in the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health. The major focus of the research of our group is aimed at understanding how the key signaling processes controlling mast cell, development, survival, migration and activation are regulated in health and disease. We are especially interested in determining how the mast cell activation phenotype may be epigenetically programmed in these settings. We are looking for motivated individuals with a Ph.D. in immunology, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, cell biology, or related fields. Experience in the study of epigenetics and gene arrays would be preferable.
