PAPER SUBMISSION & PRESENTATION

Abstract preparation

An abstract must not exceed 250 words. In case of more than one author, please bold the name of the author who would present the paper.

Submission and acceptance of abstract

Please send your abstract to the Organizing Secretary through e-mail: botany@nbu.ac.in or senarnab_nbu@hotmail.com. Participants will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract within 2 weeks after submission.

Instruction for oral presentation

In a technical session a speaker will be given 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes discussion. Facilities for multimedia presentation and overhead projection will be available. Presenters are advised to take necessary measures to avoid software related incompatibility problem.

Instruction for poster presentation

The poster boards measures 120cm high and 90cm  wide and will accept thumb tacks. Fonts should be large enough to be viewed from a distance of 90cm. Materials for mounting posters will be made available by the organizers
