PROJECT TITLE: Computational and biochemical studies on NADH induced DNA depression of redox sensing protein Rex from Streptococcus agalactiae

SPONSORING AGENCY: DBT-IYBA

LOCATION: CoE in Bioinformatics, School of Biotechnology, Madurai Kamaraj University

PAY: Rs 16000/- +20% HRA

ELIGIBILITY: Ist Class M.Sc in Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Life Sciences or Computer Science

National eligibility Tests(DBT, UGC, CSIR, GATE)

Candidates without such scores may be considered with a reduced fellowship @ Rs 8000/- per month consolidate.

Experience in Computational Biology will be preferred.
