POST: Project Fellow
PROJECT TITLE:  “Centre for Advanced Research in DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics of Medicinal Potential in Plants from Eastern and North Eastern India”
PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Prof. Samir Ranjan Sikdar and Dr. Tapas Kr. Ghose, Co-Principal Investigators, Division of Plant Biology.
SPONSORING AGENCY: ICMR
DURATION: At present offer of appointment will be issued to the selected candidate for one year from the date of joining and likely to be extended.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. in Plant Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Plant Science / Bioinformatics.
FELLOWSHIP: Rs. 10,000/- p.m.(fixed)
AGE: Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
DATE AND TIME OF INTERVIEW: 20th October, 2011 at 12:00 noon
VENUE: The Seminar Room of Plant Biology Division at the Centenary Campus of Bose Institute, P – 1/12, C.I.T.Scheme VII M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata- 700 054
Eligible and interested candidates should appear before the Selection Committee for an Interview with a typed application addressed to the OFFICER ON SPECIAL DUTY, Bose Institute, P – 1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata-700054 along with Biodata giving details of qualification and attested copies of the Certificates, Mark-sheets and Testimonials.
