Applications are invited for the following post under the project mentioned below. The details of qualifications and fellowship are given against the project.

NAME & NUMBER OF FELLOWSHIP: Junior Research Fellow – ONE

NAME OF PROJECT: ‘Economic impact assessment of Fasciolosis and Mastitis in Uttarakhand – An action research project’

SPONSORING AGENCY: DST

PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: D.Bardhan

DURATION OF THE PROJECT: Three years

QUALIFICATIONS: B.V.Sc & A.H.

MONTHLY EMOLUMENTS: Rs. 16, 000 p.m.

NATURE OF POST: The fellowship is purely temporary and may continue till the duration of the research project or maximum three years whichever is earlier. The appointment shall be given on six monthly review basis.

The application on plain paper mentioning the name, father’s name, date of birth, permanent address, educational qualifications, experience, etc. along with the attested copies of the certificates/testimonials may be submitted to the undersigned by 04.11.11, up to 9.30 am. The name of the project should be mentioned on the top of the application. A recent passport-sized photograph should be affixed on the application.

The interview for the above post will be held at 10.30 am on 04.11.11 in the office of Head of the Department. The candidates are requested to bring original certificates at the time of interview. No separate letter for interview will be issued.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
