WALK IN INTERVIEW

Eligible candidates may appear for “Walk in Interview” along with all the original documents and two sets of application form (with attested photograph and photocopies of documents) on 12.09.2011 for temporary contractual positions under MPCST and DBT projects at Biotechnology Centre as mentioned below.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. (Ag) in Biotechnology / Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology or  M.Sc. Biotechnology / Microbiology

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of molecular techniques and computers

2.       Project sponsored by Department of Biotechnology (DBT) entitled “Integrated agri-biotechnologies for socio-economic upliftment of “Baiga’ and ‘Gond’ tribes of Madhya Pradesh”

EMOLUMENTS: Rs 8,000 Consolidated   

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :B.V. Sc. or B. Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Biology / Biotechnology.

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of computers.

1.            The appointment will be exclusively on contractual basis for the project period only, which can be terminated by one month notice from both sides.

2.            Candidate should produce DD of Rs 100/- in favour of “Director, Biotechnology Center, Jabalpur” at the time of interview (except for SC / ST candidates).

3.            There will be reservation for OBC, SC and ST candidates as per Govt. of India norms; however in case, if suitable candidates are not available in any category the posts will be filled up from other categories.

4.            Selected Junior Research Fellow will be stationed at Biotechnology Centre, Jabalpur however selected Project Assistant I will be stationed anywhere at Mandla, Dindori and Jabalpur districts of Madhya Pradesh and may have to work in the remote areas as per the requirement of the project.

Asstt. in the office of the Director, Research Services, JNKVV, Adhartal, Jabalpur 482004.
