1. POST: Junior Research Fellows (JRF)/ Project Fellows
NO.OF POSTS: 04 posts
QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. degree in Botany/Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Agriculture/Life Sciences with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination
EMOLUMENT: as per UGC norms
2. POST: Technical Assistant (TA)
NO.OF POSTS: 02 post
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Botany/Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Agriculture/Life Sciences/Chemistry. Candidates with post B.Sc. laboratory experience in Biotechnology shall be preferred.
EMOLUMENT: Rs.10,000/- pm
3. POST: Field Assistant
NO.OF POSTS: 02 posts.
QUALIFICATIONS: 10th pass with 3 three years experience in laboratory work/ field work
EMOLUMENT: Rs.6,000/-pm
The positions are purely temporary for the duration of the project (currently upto March 31, 2012).
The appointment does not confer any entitlement or right over the job for absorption in the university service.
