#2. This position is not meant for Leading to Ph.D.
Job description/Experience: For Project # 1: Should have experience in atleast one
of the following techniques: (a) mammalian cell biology (including capability
to carry out microscopy); (b) immunohistochemistry on both frozen and paraffin
embedded samples and Cytogenetics. (C). Mouse Genetics. Only those candidates
who meet the above qualifications should apply.
For Project # 2:- Should have experience in mammalian
cell biology and molecular biology techniques.
Emoluments:
RA: Rs. 22,000/- per month consolidated plus 30 % HRA
for Project # 1.
JRF: Rs. 16,000/- consolidated per month + 30% HRA
for Project # 2.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -
1. The posts exist in sponsored projects and are purely temporary.
There shall be no claim for regularisation against any core posts of the
Institute.
2 The candidates selected
for the above posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project
whichever is shorter, at a time.
3 No hostel/ housing
facility will be provided.
4.
Number of posts may vary and shall be need
based. Advertisement is no commitment.
5.
Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to
i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH and attach documentary proof of the same.
6 No
TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.
7. Name of three references.

at the time of interview.
(Please note that the candidates who have appeared for Final
year M.Sc and awaiting their results are not eligible. Only those candidates
whose results have been declared at the time of submission of application may
apply).
