NOTICE

For engagement of Project staff under sponsored project Applications are invited on plain paper for engagement as Project Assistant (Level-II) on behalf of the sponsor as per following details:-

1. PROJECT TITLE: 1. Surveillance of microbial quality of drinking water supply of Delhi (Ref: C-3-1532)

2. Surveillance of treated water quality from water Treatment plants In Delhi and groundwater quality (Ref: C-2-1728)

3. Consultancy Services for Appraisal of Detailed Project Reports of Infrastructure Projects to be financed by NCR Planning Board in National Capital Region and its CMA (C-1-1557)

2. PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL  QUALIFICATIONS: FOR PROJECT NOS. 1 & 2: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Env.Science/Microbiology) or B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Env.Engg.) or equivalent With minimum 55% marks for General category & 50% Marks for SC/ST category. Through I st class and proficiency in technical skill will bepreferred.

FOR PROJECT 3: B.E./B.Tech. (Env.Engg/Civil Engg.)

With minimum 55% marks for General category & 50% Marks for SC/ST category. Through I st class and proficiency in technical skill will be preferred.

3. JOB REQUIREMENT: FOR PROJECT NOS. 1 & 2: - Chemical analysis of water samples for physico-chemical and Bacteriological parameters, heavy metals, THM, pesticides, etc.

- Field work for collection of samples from different locations in accordance with the project schedule and scope.

FOR PROJECT NO. 3:

- Evaluation of DPRs pertaining to water supply and sewerage projects and preparation of appraisal reports

4. FIXED REMUNERATION: Rs. 12,000/- per month

5. NO. OF POSITIONS: 03 (Three) – One under each Project

6. AGE LIMIT: 28 years (Age relaxation as per applicable rules)

The engagement will be purely on a temporary basis, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance/ conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption.
