TITLE OF THE PROJECT: “In-Silico approaches for designing β-lactamase inhibitors”.

FELLOWSHIP: Rs.16, 000/- (consolidated pm) plus 20% HRA.

QUALIFICATION: M.Tech in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology or M.Sc., in Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
(Preference will be given to candidates with degree in Bioinformatics or experience in the field of bioinformatics).
DESCRIPTION: The project proposes to explore the stabilizing interactions both conventional and non-conventional in experimentally proven structures of β-lactamases and ESBLs.
