A One-Day Workshop On

“Electron Microscopic Techniques: holey film, carbon film and ultramicrotomy”

Dated: 30th July, 2012

The aim of the workshop is to provide participants an overview of basic electron microscopic techniques in biology like specimen substrate preparation and ultramicrotomy. There will be lectures as well as wet- lab sessions.

Participation is free and mainly intended for research scholars, technical personnel and junior faculties. However, efforts will be made to accommodate others if space permits.

The last date for receipt of application is 23rd July, 2012 up to 6:00 pm.
The selected candidates will be intimated by email. The selected candidates should bring a photo-identity card and arrange their own accommodation, if needed, for the workshop. No TA/DA will be paid by the organizers.
