Applications are invited on plain paper for engagement as Project Assistant Level III lll on behalf of the sponsor as per following details:

PROJECT TITLE:  Potential for carbon sequesteration in grassland and afforested ecosystem using Molecular and Eddy Covariance Techniques.
PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 55% marks in M.Sc (Environmental Science/Botany/Microbiology/Chemistry) and relaxation of 5% to SC/ST candidates.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years research experience
FIXED REMUNERATION: Rs.14,000/- pm
NO. OF POSITIONS: PA III: Two
The no.of positions may vary at the time of engagement.
AGE LIMIT:  32 years (relaxation to SC/ST/OBC as per GOI)
The engagement is purely on a temporary basis, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. lt would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption.

Candidates without Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate awarded by the Universities need not attend the interview.
