POSITION VACANT: Jr Executive

Bharat Biotech International Limited, a multidimensional biotechnology company specializes in product-oriented research, development and manufacture of vaccines and bio theraupeutics. Bharat Biotech is in the process of developing new vaccines in collaboration with reputed organizations such as Gates Foundation, PATH, CDC and NIH.
DESIRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE:The Competencies will include preferably all of the following:

·         To handle & maintain the personnel records

·         Recruitment follow up with the candidates & recruitment agencies

·         Maintaining statutory compliance Records

·         Post selection documentation of the employees and to create awareness of the policies and process among them

·         Coordinating in Payroll processing

·         To perform Travel registrations, New Employee joining formalities, adhoc admin tasks will form a major part of the job profile

·         Basic Knowledge in Computers

QUALIFICATION: UG - any Graduation
PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Past Experience - Biotech/Biopharmaceutical Industry

DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:  1+ years

COMPENSATION: Salary will be commensurate with Experience

LOCATION OF POSTING:  Genome Valley, Near Shameerpet, Hyderabad, India
