NANOBIO 2012: Nanobiotechnology at the Bio-Medical Interface

NANOBIO 2012
Second International Conference: Nanobiotechnology at the Bio-Medical Interface
The purpose of this conference is to bring together world leaders in the field of regenerative medicine and molecular medicine wherein nanotechnology provides a major value addition. Both these fields of Regenerative and Molecular Medicine represent the cutting edge, or the new frontier, of medicine whereby cellular mechanisms are selectively engineered to make a quantum improvement in treatment, particularly in this age of drug resistance and tissue degeneration or loss that afflicts a large percentage of the population.
This conference will focus on Regenerative Medicine, Cancer Nanotechnology, Drug Delivery and Molecular Medicine each of which will be represented by leaders in the field. The conference will have a Gordon Conference style format wherein there can be active discussions of new and emerging ideas. There will be brainstorming of where future research emphasis should be placed and of the problems that most need to be addressed.
This conference is designed for scientists in the field but is also ideal for PhD research students, post doctoral scientists and new researchers who are beginning to enter this exciting field. The conference will have a presentation/discussion format, round table area-specific group discussions and recommendations and strategies for creating interdisciplinary national and international teams
