PROJECT TITLE: Assessment of Mineral profile relationship of Animals, soil, feed and fodder in State of Maharashtra for improvement of livestock production potential”

a) NAME OF THE POST:   Junior Research Fellow
b) NUMBER OF POST:   One
c)ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION    : M.V.Sc. degree preferably in Animal Nutrition. The candidates who have submitted their M.V.Sc.  thesis are   also eligible to apply,  preferably in the subject of AnimalNutrition
 d)DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: Knowledge of feed, feces, urine and milk analysis and computer application.
 e)RENUMERATION:  Rs.8000/- plus H.R.A.
 f)DURATION OF  SCHEME:   Upto 30/09/2012. 
 g)AGE LIMIT:    Upper age limit 35 years as on date of interview  (Upper  age  limit is  relaxable  by 5  years  for SC / ST   candidates  and  3  years  for  OBC candidates.) 
The appointment is purely on temporary basis and liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons thereof. There is no provision of absorption / reemployment in the University after termination of the project.   The services of the person so engaged will automatically stand terminated with the termination  of the project.   Interested candidates for the said position may attend the walk-in-interview on dated 19-10-2011.  The candidates should report to the office between 10.00 to 11.00 A.M. on the date of interview, along with original certificates and the application form in the prescribed format duly signed by the candidate, accompanied with attested copies of certificates and testimonials, in the Office of Associate Dean, Bombay Veterinary College, Parel, Mumbai -400 012.  Applications should not be sent in advance. 
This recruitment is subject to terms and conditions in force in Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University, Nagpur for such appointments. 
The candidates will not  be paid any TA/DA and will have to make their own arrangements for stay etc. for attending the interview.  The candidates must have fluent knowledge of speaking and writing Marathi language.
