Plant Tissue Culture.
2. Microbial Contamination and Sterilization.
3. Nutrient requirement in Plant
Tissue Culture.
4. Biosafety issues in Plant
Tissue Culture.
5. Micropropagation.
6. Somatic Hybridization.
Besides one lecture each day,
there will be practical on following topics:
1. Sample Collection.
2. Sterilization.
3. Media Preparation.
4. Inoculation.
5. Biological database search of
Plants.
